Bangkok – The Venice of the East
Bangkok – The Venice of the East

My second day in Bangkok. It’s a great city! A very small part of the center is under water right now, but the people are pretty relaxed about it. After all it’s not as bad as other parts of the northern Bangkok, which I didn’t visit.

No portraits so far, I find it quite difficult to approach the Thai people. They are nice, but pretty shy and serious (don’t know if it is because of the flood or if they are always like this)… Maybe I’ll have the right way (and more courage) to do it when I return to Bangkok in January… Tomorrow I’ll fly to Luang Prabang.
